New basement grade is about three feet below the old one.

Sewer Install Underway

Directional boring machine.

1,200 feet of 2" EPDM sewer pipe.  Last time it will be clean. . . ever.

Sewer Permit is approved in concept, but still a few more details to iron out.

Almost a year later and we've finally gotten agreement on how to proceed.  Just need to finalize a few more drawings and we should be close.

After several months of going back and forth with the city, we've finally submitted our plans.  Time to wait and see.
